We have a lot of experience going to kinderotels and felt this was lacking overall. Its mostly in the small things that looks like you ant to be a kinderotel (do everything they do) but dont want to spend money (so in reality cut corners). Examples: happy club doesnt actively engage the kids. No entertainment. Hqve not seen the mascotte once, in the club the Betreuung just sits there, they dont entertain or go.outside. inn the restaurant, the food is mostly cold or lukewarm and some of it is old after reusing the day later. Cooks find it very strange if i ask for hot food (eg pancakes), we actually used the microwave at the baby stations, The jaust is not great and if you are not there at 15u, most of it is gone. Because the food is put on the buffet all in once, it turns nasty after a while, cups (coffee) are not really washed correctly, all have brown edges. Feels like most.of.it was heated pre fab food, not cooked in the hotel. Most important for us: the room: curtains don't keep the light out and no thermostat tap water (so water can het seriously hot with a child in the bath) . Also: the swimming pool is very much not what you expect feom a familiotel. We enjoyed our holiday, but will choose a kinderhotel next time again as then we know the quality provided

Dear Guest, thank you very much for your review. We are very sorry that we could not fully inspire you with our hotel. We are very sorry that you missed our mascots and our outdoor programme. Upon arrival, all families receive our weekly programme with detailed information about our indoor and outdoor programme in the Happy Club, our family excursions to the farm and the visiting times of our mascots Happy and Pletzi. We are very sorry that you felt that our carers in the Happy Club do not do anything with the children. Of course, the programme always depends on the age of the children who visit us. Children of baby age are of course mostly cared for without animation, as we naturally also want to meet the wishes and needs of babies. Children of young and old age are also looked after according to their wishes and needs. There are, of course, programme points where there is more movement and animation, but also programme points such as handicraft lessons, etc. where we tend to sit and do handicrafts with the children in peace and quiet. We are very sorry that you often felt that our meals were not reason enough. We have included this in our quality circle in order to be able to improve this.
